Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.
2.5 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use the Platform: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) employees, contractors, or agents of 99piso or its affiliated companies; (c) individuals who have been self-excluded from the Platform; (d) individuals who have been permanently banned from the Platform for violations of these Terms.
3.1 One Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 99piso Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 99piso reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit any balances held in duplicate accounts.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify 99piso immediately via live chat or email if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
3.3 Account Suspension and Closure. 99piso reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that: (a) you have violated these Terms; (b) your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) you have provided false registration information; or (d) it is necessary to comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements.
3.4 Voluntary Account Closure. You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the 99piso support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the 99piso Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Any amounts displayed on the Platform are in PHP unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 99piso currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Available payment methods may change from time to time at 99piso's discretion.
4.3 Deposits. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 99piso does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. 99piso reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method but 99piso endeavors to process approved withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers.
4.5 Minimum Withdrawal. A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in your account dashboard. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
4.6 Fraudulent Transactions. Any attempt to deposit funds using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment methods will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 99piso are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements. These specific terms are communicated at the time the promotion is offered and form part of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion details. 5.3 Bonus Abuse. 99piso reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it determines that a member has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or any other activity that 99piso reasonably determines to be an exploitation of promotional offers.
5.4 Promotion Availability. Promotions are available for a limited time and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. 99piso is not obligated to offer any particular promotion to any particular member.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 99piso Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 99piso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.2 99piso's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 99piso account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 99piso does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and 99piso arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. 12.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the dispute being raised, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
12.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
